Jenny Phillips

Jenny is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for the Office of Graduate Studies in Music. She serves as an initial and primary contact for new and continuing gradate students and for faculty with questions regarding School of Music and Graduate College polices procedures, and guidelines. She performs administrative duties for the office, oversees the scheduling of doctoral exams, serves as departmental thesis format reviewer, prepares financial aid packages, audits degree lists, and maintains records and files for all music graduate students. She serves as point of contact for the School of Music with the Graduate College, Office of International Student Services, College of Education, The Center for Teaching Excellence, English as a Second Language, and the Office of Financial Aid.
